Smart Buyer ProgramTM
The Smart Buyer Program allows merchants to reward their customers' with points, cashback, or discounts based on purchase frequency, purchase value or other definable criteria. Points can be accumulated and redeemed immediately or later at the customer's convenience. These loyalty and retention programs can include any combination of the following programs:

Merchants can offer "members-only" discounts to SBP cardholders on certain items based on a customer's purchasing activity without the use of paper coupons.

Merchants can offer Smart Bucks (cashback) or rebates based on a customer's purchasing activity.

· Frequent Buyer Programs:

The SBP has been designed to allow for flexibility in offering these programs. SBP provides the ability to track and promote specific products. If a merchant has multiple store locations, these programs can be implemented across his/her stores of there can be separate programs at each store. The SBP provides the ability to promote and track co-op offers from multiple vendors and distributors. Through these programs, merchants are able to identify and track the purchase behavior of their best customers.The SBP is a complete turnkey solution for the merchant and it includes the following POS hardware and software components:

Reader used to access and store information on the consumer's smart card.

PC with a modem or Ethernet connection which runs the Smart Software.

Printer used to print the consumer's receipt and the Shift Report.

Flat screen monitor used to display merchant promotions as well as the SAN advertising messages

Proprietary software loaded on the Smart Terminal, which drives all aspects of SBP including the Smart Reader, Smart Display Unit and SAN.
